With Ski Butlers, you’ll experience unparalleled convenience and top-notch service, ensuring more time for you to relax and enjoy the slopes. Here’s what you can look forward to:

* Delivery to Your Doorstep: Ski Butlers will deliver your rental equipment directly to the lodge at a time that works best for you, with multiple boot options to ensure the perfect fit.

* Full Support During Your Stay: Need to swap equipment? No problem! Ski Butlers provides on-demand support and will meet you within 45 minutes for any adjustments.

* Hassle-Free Pickup: When your stay concludes, Ski Butlers will pick up your rental gear directly from the lodge, at the Ski Butlers Slope-side Valet if you are skiing Stratton, or another agreed-upon location—no need to be present.

* Premium Equipment: Enjoy professionally tuned and waxed gear, guaranteeing peak performance on the slopes.

Our guests love cozying up by our two beautiful fireplaces, and we provide a starter stack of firewood to get you going on your first fire.

If you’d like to have additional firewood delivered and stacked prior to your arrival, we offer the following concierge options:

🔥 Small Stack - $100 (50 logs) – Stacked by the main fireplace

🔥 Medium Stack - $225 (100 logs) – Stacked by the main fireplace

🔥 Large Stack - $350 (150 logs) – Stacked by both fireplaces, with overflow stored in the mudroom next to the kitchen

All firewood is cut into 24-inch pieces, dried, and ready to burn for the perfect fire experience. Rates are set by service provider and non-negotiable. 

If you’re interested, please let us know at least two weeks before your arrival so we can confirm availability and arrange delivery. Once confirmed, we will invite you to complete your purchase.
