Cancellation Policy: 

Airbnb and VRBO Guests
Payment, security deposit, and cancellation policies will follow the terms agreed upon at the time of booking through those respective platforms. 

Direct Reservations Guests:

· Grace Period:Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund.

· 30+ Days Before Check-In: Full refund.

· 7–30 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund.

· Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In: No refund.

 HOUSE CAPACITY AND GUEST LIMITS: 

The reservation is limited to the number of guests listed on the invoice. Any additional guests staying at the property without prior written approval from Skylight Lodge, LLC may result in a $50 per person fee or immediate termination of the rental without refund. The maximum occupancy for the property is 16 guests. Exceeding this limit is permitted only with prior written consent and will incur an additional fee equal to 50% of the nightly rental rate. This fee may be charged separately after the reservation has been made and covers the added costs of extended cleaning time and blocked scheduling needed to ensure proper turnover between guests.
